| Membership in the Regulators' Motorcycle Club is done by self appointed interest and not that of solicitation. A potential member of the Regulators' Motorcycle Club will be required to go through a six months probational period. Upon completeion of his or her requirements outline by the Regulators' Motorcycle Club by-laws and constitution. It is the desire of this organization to spread the Purple Code to other cities and states.
